The High-Calorie
Optimal Amino Smoothie

The core meal-replacement smoothie — optimized for Nrf2 activation, nitric oxide production, and zero histamine. Revised in v3 to a two-phase Ninja method: a Sunday batch of frozen purée cubes, then a sixty-second morning blend.

I.
Phase one  ·  The Sunday batch prep

Puree cubes for the week.

A single batch of cooked-and-frozen vegetable purée removes every variable that slows a weekday morning.

Method
1.
Cook. Steam or pressure-cook the safe starch base until completely soft.
2.
Pre-blend. Transfer the cooked vegetables into a Ninja and pulse until smooth and thick.
3.
Freeze. Pour the warm purée into 2-tablespoon silicone Souper Cubes trays and freeze completely.
4.
Store. Once rock-solid, pop the cubes out of the trays and store them in a large freezer bag or bin.
II.
Phase two  ·  The sixty-second morning blend

Drop, blend, drink.

Cubes from Phase I plus fresh greens, frozen fruit, half an avocado, and the amino powder. No measuring, no thinking, no friction.

Method
1.
The cold wash. Place the pinch of raw broccoli sprouts in a fine-mesh strainer. Rinse under strictly cold tap water for 10 to 15 seconds. Do not use warm water — warm water destroys the myrosinase enzyme that activates the sulforaphane pathway. Shake the strainer aggressively to remove excess water.
2.
Assemble. Drop the four frozen purée cubes, the frozen berries, the fresh arugula, the cold-washed sprouts, half an avocado, the amino powder, MCT oil, cinnamon, and water straight into the Ninja pitcher.
3.
Crush. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until perfectly smooth and frosty.
4.
The ten-second vortex clean. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Immediately squeeze one drop of dish soap and a cup of warm water into the dirty pitcher. Lock it to the base and blend on high for 15 seconds. Rinse under the sink and leave to dry.
Why it works for this kitchen

The purée cubes do two jobs at once. They eliminate the morning friction of cooking, and they keep the histamine load low — sweet potato that has been cooked, frozen, and then blended straight from frozen never sits in the fridge accumulating biogenic amines.

Arugula and raw broccoli sprouts are the primary Nrf2-activating elements in the build. The cold wash protects the myrosinase enzyme, without which the sulforaphane chemistry does not proceed. Warm water at this step is the single most common silent failure in the recipe.

MCT oil is capped at one tablespoon per the matrix; the avocado supplies the remainder of the fat. Berries are kept to the matrix's green-light set — raspberry, blueberry, blackberry. Peaches, although technically yellow-light, are not included here to keep the build histamine-neutral.
